Step 1: YOU ALREADY HAVE A LOGO DESIGN

You already have a logo design.

This is a custom made product with an original logo or design that you already have. We do not offer graphic design services. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU & YOUR COMPANY AGREE THAT YOU OWN ALL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK THAT YOU WILL PROVIDE.

Keep in mind that when it comes to creating a pin, two things are important:

  1. Simplicity
  2. Art File Quality

Simplicity

The simpler, the better. Artwork with a lot of detail will have to be simplified for it to be produce. We will also have to keep the logo design under 9 colors.

For example, our Catching Fades design. The sticker version is illustrated with a lot of detail, while the pin version had to be simplified to be produce.

Art File Quality

Sorry, no screen shots, .JPEG files, or low quality images. We will need a high quality:

  • .Ai file
  • .PDF file
  • High quality .PNG file

If you need help with converting your design into a vector file (.Ai file or .PDF file) we can help and  turn your screenshot, pixelated, and low quality image back into a high quality, vector file. (additional cost of $45 dollars).

Step 2: PLACE ORDER & SEND YOUR LOGO

Now that you've placed your order, send logo or design to BVandBandages@gmail.com with "Logo for Order#XXX" as the subject line. Wait a day or three while we turn your logo design into a mock up pin design. Yup, that easy.

Step 3: REVIEW DESIGN

Receive mock up pin design, review proofs, and approve the design. DISCLAIMER: once you approve the final artwork, there is no turning back. Nope, not at all.

Step 4: TIME TO CREATE

After your approval, it will take about 5 - 7 weeks for the production team to do their magic. We normally strive for a little under 5 weeks but you know, life happens at times. 

Step 5: ENJOY YOUR PINS

Once your pins are ready, we'll ship them out ASAP! Shipping takes about 3 - 8 biz. days depending on location. 

UNDERSTAND

This is a custom made product with an original logo or design that you already have. WE DO NOT offer graphic design services. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU & YOUR COMPANY AGREE THAT YOU OWN ALL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK THAT YOU WILL PROVIDE.

ONCE YOU APPROVE OF THE ARTWORK, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. THE SALE BECOMES FINAL.
