Shipping policy
Shipping Process:
- Orders are process 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).
- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped out.
- Please allow an additional 2-5 days for USPS or UPS to deliver your package.
- In some cases, USPS may take up to 72 hrs to scan a package after they have received it.

Received Wrong Order?
We ship according to the order we receive. If you received the wrong item(s), please contact us. We will only make exchanges and cover shipping expenses if it was our mistake.
If it's a mistake made by the consumer, Blood Veins and Bandages is not responsible. We will try out best to resolve the issue.
Lost or Damaged Item?
Blood Veins and Bandages is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. We take full precautions on how we ship our items to make sure they get there safe. If you have any questions, please contact us.
International Orders:
Canadian orders are being accepted. Aside from Canada, international orders are not being accepted through our website at this time. If you are interested in purchasing our products, please email us (BVandBandages@gmail.com) and we will gladly assist you.
